KG Events & Design was a dream to work with from start to finish! Kristen and team coordinated our entire wedding weekend for 215 people and made it look easy. Her close relationships with the best vendors on island made our decisions easy, as well as left us rest assured we were getting the best prices possible. Our wedding was at a farm where eveything had to be brought in and she had all of the logistics covered from tent setup to water hose configurations to bug repelent in the little pond to keep insects away to next day cleanup. She is a great partner and listener making sure every detail you want is included, and takes the stress away from all of the mundane tasks you don’t want to deal with. The day of was seamless with her and her team ready with anything we needed. Kristen kept us on schedule in a completely unobtrusive way, made sure we always had food and drinks, and, most importantly, had fun. Best day of our lives. I wish we could do it again!

She is SO professional and coordinated every detail of our vow renewal — hairstylist, officiant, ceremony, flowers, photographer, restaurant — even champagne for us after we exchanged vows. To say KG Events and Design is AMAZING is an understatement. They literally saved my day. After an unfortunate family tragedy with my previous coordinator. I literally contacted Kristen four nights out from my event in hysterics. Something no bride should deal with week of! Kristen swooped in and was emailing and calling my vendors as soon as I got off the phone with her probably at 9 at night at that point. She found “holes” in my orders and went through everything with a fine toothed comb. My space wasn’t a standard venue, it was out door and tented at an inn so I really needed someone there to help and deal with any issues that occur on anyones big day. They came in a couple days out from the ceremony, we went over set up and where I wanted my decorations as well as table seating. We knew we were in good hands and I was finally able to relax. Day of it seemed flawless. They were there from bringing me breakfast, setting up everything perfectly and so on. Both ladies were extremely calm, confident and they did it all with a huge smile! They went above and beyond in my opinion. My friends and family raved about them. There wasn’t a moment where I didn’t have a drink, or food and I think my guests could say the same. I could go on and on about this vendor if you want but seriously just do yourself a favor and hire them! KG Events came in last minute and my wedding was beautiful imagine what they could do if you actually hire them on time. Bravo! I know I will be hearing many great things about Kristen and her company in the future!!
